Dave Lorenzen
Dave is the one who talks and the one who listens.
He’s the one who throws ideas into the room and drives them forward with the team. As a creative mind, he leads T&O’s commercial side with a mix of vision, pragmatism, and passion. He loves our devices and has a true talent for explaining technical solutions in a way that makes them come alive.

Dennis lives technology and technology comes to life through Dennis. He is the maker, the builder, the “I’ve got an idea” kind of person. Creatively driven in the best possible way: full of energy, curiosity, and the motivation to turn ideas into reality. He oversees the technical side of T&O and ensures that ideas become reliable, functional systems.

Tom Lorenzen
Tom started T&O and laid the foundation for what the company is today. His practical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to build something from the ground up shaped T&O from the very beginning.
While he is no longer involved in daily operations, his influence and way of thinking are still part of the company today.
