You always know when Doreen is around – her distinctive laugh is hard to miss, and it usually gets everyone else smiling too. For the past three years, she has brought that same positive energy to T&O, helping new and familiar colleagues feel at home from the very beginning.
Now in charge of HR, Doreen has a natural talent for understanding people and situations. She takes the time to listen, offers support when needed, and approaches challenges with a practical mindset. Open, approachable, and down-to-earth, she is someone her colleagues can always count on.
As a mother of two, she brings patience, empathy and strong organizational skills to everything she does.
